Vehicle Rental and Installment Campaign Terms & Conditions

• The installment payment option is valid for domestic daily and monthly rentals.
• The campaign is subject to vehicle availability within Garenta’s fleet.
• Valid at all Garenta Türkiye offices.
• Garenta’s general rental terms and conditions apply.
• The total rental amount and security/deposit amount will be charged to a credit card belonging to the renter at the beginning of the rental period.
• Cash payments, debit cards, and virtual cards are not accepted.
• The rental agreement is issued during the rental process and is governed by the laws and regulations of the country where the rental takes place. The same conditions also apply to rental extension procedures.
• Any additional charges or refunds that may arise at the end of the rental period will be collected or refunded at the rental office.
• The credit card holder must be physically present during the rental process. Rentals cannot be completed using a credit card belonging to another person.
• In addition to the rental fee, a deposit amount determined according to the vehicle brand and model will be blocked on the credit card. Therefore, sufficient available credit limit for both the rental fee and deposit amount is required.
• The deposit amount will be refunded to the same credit card after deducting any additional services, protections, missing fuel charges, damages, traffic fines, or other charges not included in the reservation.
• Due to banks’ internal processing procedures, deposit refunds may take 3–8 business days to appear on the credit card after the refund transaction is completed. Installments are not applicable to the deposit amount.
• The installment option is valid for both online payments and office payments.
  • Reservations can be made via the website, mobile application, or call center by selecting the “pay at office” option. To benefit from installments at the office, the installment request must be communicated before the payment transaction is processed.
  • The installment option is also available during online payment and must be selected during the payment process.
• The installment campaign is valid for Bonus, Maximum, World, Axess, QNB, Paraf, and Ziraat Bankkart individual and corporate credit cards.
• Installments cannot be applied to additional financial charges arising from HGS tolls, traffic fines, accidents, or damages.
• Garenta reserves the right to suspend the campaign and/or change the campaign conditions at any time.
• Installment terms and available installment periods may vary depending on banking regulations or legal restrictions imposed by authorized authorities.
