Rent Again, Enjoy the Concert!
1. Campaign Period
The campaign will start on September 23, 2026.
2. Eligibility and Participation Requirements
Membership Requirement: Participants must have successfully completed their membership registration with Garenta.
Rental Requirement: Participants must have completed their first car rental between September 23, 2025 and September 27, 2026, and their second car rental between September 23, 2026 and September 27, 2026.
Campaign Benefit: The first 10 customers to complete their second car rental within the specified period will be eligible to receive tickets to the relevant concert taking place on September 29, 2026.
3. Winner Selection and Process
The first 10 customers to complete their second car rental between September 23, 2026 and September 27, 2026 will be determined as the campaign winners.
If more than one customer completes their second rental on the same day, the order of eligibility will be determined based on the date and time the reservation was made.
The campaign winners will be contacted directly by the Garenta Call Center using the phone numbers registered in the Garenta system.
Winners must provide all information requested by the Call Center representative in full so that the campaign benefit can be assigned and the necessary procedures can be completed.
If a customer's contact information is not up to date or the customer cannot be reached, the responsibility lies with the customer, and the relevant benefit will be transferred to the next eligible customer.
The ticket and event details for the relevant concert taking place on September 29, 2026 will be provided to the winners by the Garenta Call Center during the communication process.
4. General Terms
Garenta reserves the right to modify the campaign terms and conditions or terminate the campaign.

By participating in the campaign, all participants are deemed to have accepted the participation requirements set out above.
